My customer bought this apartment as ex rental and never really maintained, it was in a horrible and dirty state. I started by ripping out the entire interior, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, the lot.
The first steps were to move the boiler that was situated in the kitchen, to the other side of the kitchen where there was more room. All the electrical and plumbing was hidden in a cove made with timber and plasterboard. Preparations for the kitchen were made plumbing and electrical wise, same applies for the bathroom. The bathroom had a lowered ceiling installed with lighting and a drop down radiator. The entire apartment was plastered with exception of the ceilings. A new kitchen with custom glass backsplash was installed, the bathroom was completely tiled and had new sanitary installed. The entire apartment got new underfloor and laminate top flooring, with all new skirting and a new meter cabinet. The work was done by myself except for the plastering and tiling, that was done by a third party.
After about 2yrs I got the request by the customer to do some repairs due the apartment being sold again after being lived in. A new countertop and tap was installed, some skirting was replaced and a the mirror in the bathroom was replaced.
